It also depends on the PC game, some are pretty big and can take awhile to download unless you use a download resumer.

U can search the game in youtube with terms like no torrent, free, etc If u r lucky u can find a video with link of mediafire or any other file sharing sites

Yeah youtube probably isn't the best place for PC games. If you ever manage to get an invite to Black cats, they are a great torrent site for video games.

Well i do know of Fileplanet.com but beware, it has some games with viruses and it doesnt have everygame. Its owned by IGN
I once downlowed the first call of duty on my old desktop, it crashed several months later. It had no virus protection
Got this new laptop with virus protection, tried to download the same game, the virus protection stopped it because it detected a virus.
I suggest looking on forums if anyone has complained about getting a virus on a particular game before downloading it from fileplanet.
